At COGNASIM, we are passionate about engineering simulation. Experienced in leveraging
simulation to cut development costs and reduce design cycles, we appreciate the
challenges involved in producing detailed simulations that provide accurate results. Not every
team has access to expert analysts, so our mission is to build AI driven tools that
make simulation accessible, empowering both designers and simulation experts, to efficiently and
accurately analyze their product designs.

John is an entrepreneur, strategic leader, and simulation expert with 30 years experience making products stronger, faster, cheaper, lighter, and safer through design simulation and analysis. As the Director of Global Autonomous Solutions at Ansys, Inc, he led development of cross-customer enhancements for Ansys AV simulation products. He is experienced solving problems at the intersection of AI and hardware from his extensive background creating autonomous vehicle systems. He built and led the CAE team at Uber ATG performing sensor pod design optimization, simulating compute cooling, developing lidar hardware, and solving shock and vibration challenges. Another career highlight was engineering the Kepler space telescope primary mirror hexapod support structure. An innovator with multiple patents across various industries, John is also a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
Glenn is a seasoned software engineer with broad technical experience, ranging from embedded software and motion control to machine learning and AI model training.
